has been appointed as the Safeguarding Officer following the introduction of the requirement for amateur sports clubs to prepare and adopt organizational and control models for sporting activities, as well as codes of conduct to protect minors and prevent harassment, gender-based violence, and any other form of discrimination as provided by Legislative Decree 198/2006, or on the basis of ethnicity, religion, personal beliefs, disability, age, or sexual orientation.
