Internal Regulations
The Member/Attendee declares that they have thoroughly reviewed the Center’s internal regulations and agrees to comply with every part of them. The Center may make changes to the internal regulations and will inform Members/Attendees by posting them in the Center’s premises.
The Member/Attendee also acknowledges that Management will be free to change the opening and closing hours of the center in case of proven necessity, as well as, in the same circumstances, the scheduling of courses and the assignment of instructors, without this giving rise to any claims for compensation by Members/Attendees. Always in the exclusive interest of the Member/Attendee, Management reserves the right to limit the use of parts of the Center if maintenance or improvement work is needed for the entire duration of such work.
The Member/Visitor, or their representative in case of minor age or incapacity, is directly responsible for any damage caused to the facilities and equipment, and is required to compensate for any damage resulting from negligent behavior or use of the same.
A Member/Visitor who has used a locker to store personal belongings must empty it when leaving the Center. The Management reserves the right to clear lockers, even if padlocked, that have not been emptied before closing. The Center assumes no responsibility for anything that may be lost or stolen inside the premises, whether it is clothing, sports equipment, or valuables. Regarding valuables, special safety deposit boxes are available for all Members/Visitors, and they are required to use them. Lost and found items will remain available to the Member/Visitor at the center’s reception for seven days.
Inside the Center, it is strictly forbidden to: wear sneakers commonly used outside; bring in any kind of animals; smoke or use any type of drugs; eat (except in designated waiting areas).
Inside the Center, decent attire is required, and it should always respect common sense of modesty and the sensitivities of others. Members/Visitors are required to cancel lessons that require a reservation at least 24 hours before the lesson starts. Otherwise, the cost of the lesson cannot be refunded.
INTERNAL RULES OF THE FITNESS AREAS
The Weight Room may have an assistant present. At every 2SIDE center, Personal Trainers work who offer their services directly to 2SIDE members/attendees. They are professionally qualified and independent from 2SIDE.
In the Fitness Room, wearing clothing suitable for the activity being performed is mandatory. Members/Visitors must use an appropriately sized towel to place on the equipment and gym shoes with clean soles, to be worn only inside the Fitness Rooms. For hygiene reasons, it is mandatory to clean the equipment with the designated sprays after each use.
For safety reasons, after finishing an exercise, it is mandatory to unload the weights from the barbells and neatly put away dumbbells and any equipment used in the proper containers or racks.
It is strictly forbidden to engage in behavior that is dangerous to yourself or others, and the center staff are authorized to determine what constitutes such behavior.
WELLNESS AREA INTERNAL RULES

In the sauna, it is forbidden to sit on the benches with flip-flops.
